The Disciplines

The Disciplines are also known as "The path to clarity"

The Path to clarity are in fact disciplines to use while on earth that cleanse the body and clear the mind for one to become as highly in tune with the universe as they possibly can be. Once in tune with the universe ones wishes and affirmations take place and conjure into being much faster.

Knowledge

Knowledge and skills is a primary task the universe wants us to achieve. The ability to gain new knowledge and skills pleases the universe and develops the mind making it stronger. We should achieve this by taking classes and reading as much as possible. Anything we can do to keep the mind interacted with our surroundings and learning pleases the universe greatly.

Nutrition

Our body is a copy of a single blueprint the universe created for all living things. We can think of it as a small replica of earth. Therefor we want to make sure that all the minerals and nutrients we put into it are clean. We want to eat non processed foods, foods high in minerals and vitamins. We should try to eat organic and as locally sourced as we can. All meals being created simple from simple ingredients. 

Hydration

Just as the body is to mimic earth so is our hydration level. The earth being 70% water and our bodies being mostly water also. We want to keep our hydration levels high in order to keep a balance internally.

Exercise

Exercise is important to keep our bodies fit and ready to cope with the trials of life. When our bodies are in good physical shape our minds can focus on mental well being rather than damage control.

Hygiene

There is a saying that cleanliness is next to godliness. We keep good hygiene so we stay clean and pure. The cleaner our body is the healthier we are in general. When we are clean and well groomed we tend to keep better care of ourselves and overall helps with being more confident.

Sleep

Sleep is important as its the finishing of a cycle. When we sleep it is when our body repairs itself. It is when we age and when we dream. The sleep cycle is more in depth than we can ever describe but when it comes to clarity it is the final step of a day cycle our bodies need.

Living the Virtues

You must live the Virtues and apply those acts to everyday life.
